Cappuccino, ristretto, lungo, al vetro, macchiato, and corretto - the names of these drinks resemble magical spells. We will reveal the magic of coffee and all its secrets to you! You will understand that for Italians, coffee is not just a drink, but a whole ritual. You will also learn how to order 'caffè italiano' correctly at the bar counter or at a table in a café.
What to Expect
- We will start our tour by visiting a coffee shop located in Piazza Venezia. If it's morning, we will order coffee or cappuccino, along with a fresh crispy croissant.
- Then we will climb the Capitoline Hill, which offers an incredible view of the ancient part of Rome. On the way to the historic center, I will show you the main important landmarks of the eternal city.
- Near the Pantheon, we will definitely visit a coffee shop with the most delicious coffee in Rome. Here you can also try Roman sweets - maritozzo and tiramisu.
- If you wish, I will take you through narrow streets to the next stop, where we can taste the most delicious gelato - more than a hundred flavors to choose from!
- Next, in one of the shops near the Trevi Fountain, we will try the famous limoncello.
