How to use the ticket
1. After booking, we will send you a ticket within 18 hours
2. On the specified day, 20-30 minutes before the ascent, come to the registration desk and show your ticket on the smartphone screen. The registration desk is located on the LG floor in the Dubai Mall shopping center, follow the signs At the Top.
3. Evening visiting sessions - at 19:00, 20:00 and 21:00
Important information
- Booking is made for the full name of each participant, a specific date and time.
- Children under 4 years old do not need a ticket
Ticket return
- Cancellation of booking or exchange of this ticket is not possible
- In case of unfavorable weather conditions (poor visibility), a refund is not provided
