How to use the ticket
1. After booking, we will send you the ticket within 18 hours
2. On the specified day, 20-30 minutes before the ascent, approach the registration desk and show your ticket on your smartphone screen. The registration desk is located on the LG floor at Dubai Mall, follow the signs to At the Top.
3. The earliest visit session is at 09:00, the latest at 18:00
Important information
- Booking is made under the full name of each participant, for a specific date and time.
- Children under 4 years old do not need a ticket
Ticket refund
- Cancellation or exchange of this ticket is not possible
- In case of unfavorable weather conditions (poor visibility), no refund will be provided
