About this experience

How to use the ticket
1. After booking, we will send you the ticket within 18 hours
2. On the specified day, 20-30 minutes before the ascent, go to the registration desk and show your ticket on the smartphone screen. The registration desk is located on the LG floor in the Dubai Mall, follow the signs At the Top.
3. Visiting sessions with this ticket are available from 08:00 to 14:30 and from 19:00 to 23:00
Important Information
- Booking is made for each participant by full name and a specific date. The ticket to the observation deck is valid for a specific session, in the Aquarium, you can go before or after visiting the observatory. Entry to each attraction with the ticket is one-time.
- Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket
Ticket refund
- Cancellation or exchange of this ticket is not possible
- In case of unfavorable weather conditions (poor visibility), a refund is not provided
