How to use the ticket
1. After booking, we will send you the ticket within 18 hours
2. On the specified day, 20-30 minutes before the ascent, go to the registration desk and show your ticket on the smartphone screen. The registration desk is located on the LG floor in the Dubai Mall, follow the signs At the Top.
3. This ticket is for visits to the observation decks during prime time - from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM
Important information
- Booking is done under the full name of each participant, for a specific date and time
- Children under 4 years old do not require a ticket
