How to use the ticket
1. After booking, we will send you the ticket within 18 hours
2. On the specified day, 20-30 minutes before the ascent, approach the registration desk and show your ticket on the smartphone screen. The registration desk is located on the LG floor at Dubai Mall, follow the signs At the Top.
3. Earliest visit time - 11:00, latest - 19:30
