I will take you to historical bars that fill with a unique atmosphere in the evenings: shakers hang in the air, liqueurs mix, and conversations of patrons never cease. In one evening, you will meet the best bartenders in Barcelona, who win international cocktail competitions and invent new drinks daily. Interacting with them often replaces a session with a psychologist. I will also reveal the recipes of the signature cocktails and talk about the unique ingredients that can turn any drink into a work of bar art.
An Evening in Catalan Style: Discover the Best Bars in the City!
Like a young Picasso, we will walk from the bars of Raval to the trendy establishments of the Gothic Quarter. Along the way, I will share legends about Barcelona's nocturnal residents, absinthe enthusiasts, and famous artists. We will visit a bar where the main intellectuals of Barcelona gathered in the 19th century and discuss their innovative ideas. We will stop by the iconic Born bar, where colorful flasks and distillers create a laboratory atmosphere. And then we will head to an authentic seafaring bar to enjoy the spirit of yesteryear, national rosé cava, and the sea breeze.
