About this experience
The charms of the Mediterranean resort + beautiful nature + ancient buildings = Side. In a group of up to 37 people on a cabriolet bus, you will enjoy the views of the Manavgat waterfall and the Green Canyon, take a boat trip on the azure smooth surface of the Green Lake, appreciate the heritage of the Roman Empire in Seleucia, see an ancient aqueduct, and visit a fruit garden. Join us!
What to expect
Please note that there will be no guide on this busy trip. You will be accompanied by a group host who will provide brief information about the places you will visit.
Our program
🕗 08:20 – 09:20 We will pick you up from your hotel in Side on a bus and head to explore the sights in the following sequence:
- the region's highlight – Manavgat Waterfall (free time – 20 min.)
- the ruins of the ancient city of Seleucia (free time – 20 min.)
- the historical aqueduct built by the ancient Romans (10 min. stop)
- Oymapinar Dam and Green Canyon panorama (free time – 20 min.)
- Green Lake (2 hours). Here, you will enjoy a one-hour boat trip with the opportunity to swim in the azure water. If desired, you can have lunch at a restaurant overlooking the lake, ride a jet ski, go fishing, and more.
- Fruit Garden (15 min.), where you will see how farmers grow citrus fruits and, if you wish, taste freshly squeezed juice.
🕠 17:00 – 18:00 Return to Side and drop off at your hotels.
Organizational Details
- You will be accompanied by a group host who speaks English and Russian. They oversee the group's dining, timing, and answer questions. From November to May, there is no Russian-speaking guide, only in English and German.
- Guests from different countries will be present during the trip.
- During the summer period, there are 'water wars' taking place. Be prepared to get wet during the tour.
- The tour takes place on comfortable cabriolet buses with a roof and open panoramic windows.
- Children under 6 years old do not have a separate seat on the bus. Children sit with adults (on their laps). If you want your child under 6 years old to have a separate seat on the bus, you need to purchase a ticket for children aged 7 to 11.
- Due to weather conditions and seasonal changes, the duration of the tour and the timing of visits to locations may vary.
