About this experience
We will visit the impressive ruins of an ancient city on a hill, immerse ourselves in the history and atmosphere of this place. The excavations of the city are still ongoing, so we might see archaeologists at work. We will also drive through the Siedra River valley and visit the Sapadere Canyon, where the river descends with picturesque waterfalls.

- Ancient city of Siedra. The first written mention dates back to 48 BC. You will see the preserved street with a colonnade, acropolis, basilica, chapel, Roman baths with floor mosaics, huge water cisterns, and a grotto with a water source
I will tell you more about the city of Siedra, where excavations have been ongoing since 1994. I will also share facts from the past of Turkey and the modern history of these places.
