About this experience
Close your eyes and imagine: volcanic landscapes, steam trails from under the ground, lifeless soil with splashes of bright yellow, a huge crater, and in it - a turquoise lake... And now open your eyes and go to these places with us, because we are going to Ijen! We will climb to the top along a comfortable trail, where we will enjoy the views of the volcano at sunrise.
What to expect
We will pick you up from Changgu or Ubud and drive to the port. The journey will take about 4 hours, during which you can sleep. Then we will cross to Java island by ferry, where the volcano is located - another 40 minutes. The last 1.5 hours of the road - and we are there!
🌋 Climbing Ijen
Hooray, we start the ascent to the volcano! Don't worry: even though it will take 2 hours, the trail is very comfortable, it won't be difficult. We will provide you with flashlights and respirators so you can breathe safely among the sulphur fumes. Once you reach the crater, you will not only be rewarded with incredible views, but also with breakfast :) Enjoy, take photos amidst unearthly landscapes, and get ready for the return journey.

- What's included: transfer, crossing to Java island, registration in the national park, flashlights, respirators, breakfast at Ijen, assistance of experienced guides
- On the website, you pay 22% of the cost, and the rest - on the spot in Indonesian dollars
- After payment, you will be added to the group chat of the trip. There we will make friends and share cool photos after the hike.
- Lunch is paid for separately (35000-45000 IDR per dish)
