Heading to the Black Sea coast of Batumi! We will explore Kakheti with its vineyards, stroll through the colorful Tbilisi and romantic Signagi, visit Telavi, known for being a filming location of 'Mimino'. You will admire the snow-capped mountain peaks, taste wines and the famous mineral water, explore ancient fortresses, monasteries, and the cave city. Enjoy the sun, mesmerizing views, and the hospitality of the locals!
Organizational Details
Participation is possible with children from 8 years old.
The program does not have a difficulty level. Throughout the route, we travel either by transport or on foot. Route changes may occur due to weather conditions or the group's condition. The decisions made by the guide are final and not subject to discussion.
During the 5-day trip (from the 3rd to the 7th day), we will travel by rented minibus. The route includes good paved roads.
From Russia, you can reach Georgia by plane to Tbilisi via Yerevan, Minsk, Istanbul; by plane to Vladikavkaz, then by taxi to Tbilisi; by plane to Yerevan, then by taxi or minibus to Tbilisi.
Return: by plane from Batumi - flights departing after 3:00 PM; by plane from Tbilisi - evening (after 10:00 PM) or night flights. You can reach Tbilisi on a high-speed train or bus; by plane from Vladikavkaz - flights after 5:00-6:00 PM on the day after the end of the tour. The journey from Tbilisi to Vladikavkaz airport by taxi takes 4-6 hours including border crossing, but the delay time at the border is unpredictable, it is better to allow more time. Taxis from Tbilisi usually depart early in the morning.
Citizens of Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine do not need a visa. Only a valid passport is required.
You can bring any currency (rubles, dollars, euros). Upon arrival, we will exchange money for lari. Nothing needs to be exchanged in Moscow. The approximate exchange rate is 1 lari = 22 rubles.
