You will visit the beautiful Garova winery and stroll through vineyards spread out in the scenic hills and valleys. Discover the secrets of wine production and taste local drinks on a terrace with a luxurious view.
What to Expect
Off-the-Beaten-Path Bodrum
We will head towards the Mumcular district to visit the Garova winery. Along the way, you will see rural Bodrum with villages and olive groves from the window. We will share stories about the lives of locals and carpet weaving, a traditional craft that has survived to this day. We will also tell the interesting story of rural women who have turned into wealthy residents of Bodrum.
A Winery with History
The Garova winery stands out for its authenticity and special atmosphere. There is no pretense here, everything is very cozy and homely. You can sit on the terrace of the winery, enjoying the beautiful nature, walk along the vineyards and olive trees, take beautiful photos. Taste environmentally friendly products - village cheese, delicious olives in oil, and local wine from different grape varieties. Additionally, you will meet the friendly hosts of this place - their family has been living here for 250 years - and learn about the history of the winery.
