Weekend Time Travel: Tbilisi, Uplistsikhe, Gori and Mtskheta Tour from Makhachkala
About this experience
How about a weekend getaway to Georgia? We offer a rich program for history enthusiasts who want to not just travel but also step back in time by several centuries. We will visit a city carved into the rock: here, there weren't just caves but also a theater, temples, and a pharmacy! Witness the grand ancient fortress of Gorisicihe atop the hill and touch the ancient walls. Listen to the sound of our footsteps on the cobbled streets as we stroll through Mtskheta - the ancient capital of Georgia. We will also admire the 'heart of Tbilisi' - the Narikala fortress, explore the Inguri Gorge, and drive along the Military-Georgian Road. Breakfasts and accommodation are included.

Zarina is a wonderful guide. I wish I had a few more days in Tbilisi, nevertheless these 3 days felt like 5. In short, tired but satisfied.
