About this experience
Uppsala. It just makes you want to say 'how much in this word has merged for the Swedish heart...' In this city - well, there are a lot of interesting places - you will get to know all of them, just like the history of the city, during this tour.
Program
- We will visit the oldest university in Sweden, built back in 1477, and find out why students often are late for lectures. The university has nurtured 8 Nobel laureates within its walls.
- We will enter the University library and see a large number of rare books, sheet music, maps, and more!
- Or maybe you want to visit a very mystical place? Then I invite you to the Gustavianum museum, where we will immerse ourselves in mysticism!
- We will also stroll through the garden of runic stones.
- We will visit the cathedral, which was under construction for 175 years and where the main shrine of the Swedes is located - the relics of Saint Erik and his crown (the very first crown in Sweden).
- We will see a beautiful water column and find out why there is no water in it.
- Love nature? Let's take a walk in the Linnaeus Gardens.
The choice is yours. Want to see, feel, and discover? I await you on my tour.
