This tour is perfect for those who value every minute of their time and strive to see the main treasures of the Eternal City in just a few hours! As soon as you step off the plane, you will set out to conquer Rome, get acquainted with its main attractions, and taste the excellent local cuisine. After a guided tour filled with extraordinary stories and interesting facts about the city, we will take you to your chosen hotel or back to the airport for your next flight.
What to Expect
✈ Airport pick-up and drop-off
We will meet you at one of Rome's airports (Fiumicino or Ciampino) and take you to the historic center of Rome in a comfortable air-conditioned car. In just a couple of hours, I will help you navigate the city, learn all the interesting facts about Rome, feel its atmosphere, and then take you to your hotel or back to the airport for your next flight.
🚕 All of Rome in a few hours
During the tour, you will drive and walk through Rome's most famous landmarks, see the legendary Colosseum, the ancient Capitoline Hill and Imperial Forum, climb the Spanish Steps, and check out the Mouth of Truth like Audrey Hepburn in 'Roman Holiday'. We will visit the colorful Trastevere district, admire the majestic Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. Along the way, I will show you the most iconic, delicious, and unconventional Roman places, as well as share interesting legends and historical facts that will help you appreciate the greatness of the city of the Great Caesars and Popes.
🍴 After the tour, we will definitely taste something very Roman and very delicious, after which you will be comfortably taken back to the airport or to the hotel of your choice.
Organizational Details
- We will explore Rome in my comfortable and spacious VW Tiguan car (for 1-4 people)
- The duration of the tour or waiting time can be extended for an additional fee
- The tour can also be arranged for 5-7 people (Mercedes V-Class / Viano car), please check the cost of such a tour-transfer with the organizer
- Meeting point: Fiumicino Airport or Ciampino Airport
- Included in the price: airport transfer - Rome - airport; tour of Rome's main attractions, waiting time (1 hour) - so you can enjoy a delicious lunch in a traditional Roman restaurant
- Ice cream, food, drinks, and other personal expenses are paid separately
