What to Expect
07:00 - pick up from your hotel in Delhi and head to the railway station, where the luxurious Gatimaan Express, the fastest train in India, will take you to Agra. Enjoy a 2-hour journey in an air-conditioned coach with onboard catering
09:50 - arrival at Agra station. Our representative will greet you in traditional Indian style and introduce you to your personal guide
10:00 - visit the Taj Mahal, considered one of the wonders of the world. It is built from ivory-white marble and seems to float against the backdrop of lush green gardens
12:00 - lunch at a highly recommended Indian restaurant where you will taste traditional cuisine
13:30 - Agra's Red Fort, the former main residence of the emperors of the Great Mughal dynasty. The fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site
15:00 - visit the local bazaar. Agra is renowned for its handmade marble and leather goods, as well as vibrant carpets. If you prefer not to visit the bazaar, you can relax with a cup of coffee at a local cafe before heading to the station
17:00 - transfer to Agra station, where our representative will assist you in boarding the pre-booked express train back to Delhi. The train departs at 17:50
19:30 - arrival in Delhi. A driver will pick you up from the Delhi railway station and take you to your hotel
