What to expect
Prem Mandir (Temple of Love)
On the outskirts of the city, you will visit a religious complex built in 2012. With a guide, you will study the architectural elements of the temple, typical of South Indian architecture. You will admire the skillful marble carving all around the building and mythological scenes. And you will see the images of Krishna's divine plays and learn their meanings.
Shri Krishna-Balaram Mandir
The second object of the program is one of the largest temples of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. It was built in 1975 at the initiative of the founder of this religious organization, Srila Prabhupada.
