We will show you the non-touristic Sharm. We will help you feel the vibe of the hot city as the locals feel it. Let's take a walk through the streets where everyday life is bustling. We will discuss the origins of the city, focusing on traditions and religious aspects. We will visit the main mosques, and then the bakeries and local hookah lounges. And we will avoid the tedious oil factories - we promise!
What to expect
- El-Mustafa Mosque - the second largest in Sharm-el-Sheikh. Located in the Haynur district, where the local population resides.
- Coptic Church of 'All the Gods', the magnificent murals of which tell the story of the creation of the World.
- A walk through the Haynur district. We will examine the houses, see how the local residents live and what they play on the streets. We will visit cafes, bakeries, coffee shops, and hookah lounges - feel the atmosphere and color of non-touristic Egypt.
- El-Sahaba Mosque in the Old Town. This beauty is young and attracts everyone with its architecture.
- Israeli buildings + viewpoint. You will see the very first buildings from which the transformation of the village of Ofira into the city of Sharm-el-Sheikh began, and admire the ancient quarters from above.
