Untouched nature, ancient ruins, and even people-shaped rocks—get ready for a day full of exploration on this tour! Travel by bus to Köprülü Canyon, then switch to jeeps or convertible buses to drive through Tazy Canyon and admire the narrow gorge from above. You will see the harmonious Oluk Bridge over the turquoise river, discover the Devil's Stones, and visit the amphitheater of ancient Selge.
What to Expect
- Exciting canyons Köprülü and Tazy. Depart from the coast to the land of cliffs, next to the raging Köprüçay River. Conquer the Taurus Mountains on jeeps, take vivid photos at the 'Valley of Wisdom' viewpoint, see the famous ancient Roman Oluk Bridge, and have lunch by the river.
- Adam Kayalar: the rocks of Man and Devil. Along the mountain road, there will be a stop to enjoy aromatic gezmeme pastries and Turkish tea. Then, you will find yourself among the whimsical natural formations of the Adam Kayalar rocks.
- Ancient city of Selge surrounded by the forested Taurus Mountains. Explore the ruins of walls, gates, and towers, as well as the well-preserved amphitheater with 45 rows.
Itinerary
- 08:30 – 09:30—departure from the hotel (Side region)
- Around 10:30—arrival at Köprülü Canyon base
- 11:00—jeep or convertible bus ride through Taurus Mountains towards Tazy Canyon (45 min. drive)
- 'Valley of Wisdom' viewpoint in Tazy Canyon (free time 15-20 min.)
- Roman Oluk Bridge
- Lunch by the river
- Visit to ancient city of Selge (amphitheater), free time 15-20 min.
- Visit to the unusual Man and Devil rocks (free time 15-20 min.)
- Return to base
- 17:00 – 18:00—return journey
- 18:30 – 19:30—return to hotel (Side region)

- Please note: this is a scenic walk without a guide. You will be accompanied by a Russian- and English-speaking host who will assist with any questions.
- The trip begins by bus to the starting point and then continues by jeeps or convertible buses
- The distance from the center of Side to Köprülü Canyon is 70 km
- The order of the itinerary and the duration of the excursion may vary depending on weather conditions and the number of participants
- Children under 3 years old do not have a separate seat in the transfer. Children sit with adults (on laps). Children under 3 years old also do not have a personal lunch; they eat with their parents. If you want your child under 3 years old to have a separate seat in the transfer and receive a personal lunch, you need to purchase an appropriate ticket when booking.
