About this experience
This program will allow you to see all the famous attractions of Bangkok and learn about the history of Thailand in just one day. You will visit the main residence of the kings, 2 Buddhist temples, experience the skytrain and local water transport, taste national cuisine, and end your day at the observation deck of the Mahanakhon skyscraper.
What to expect
- Grand Royal Palace - the main residence of the kings of Thailand since the 18th century
- The oldest temple in Bangkok, Wat Pho, or the Temple of the Reclining Buddha
- Wat Phra Kaew Temple, or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha: this is where the kings hold ceremonies and celebrations
- Lunch at a Thai restaurant with a buffet overlooking the river
- Transfer to the Mahanakhon Skyscraper by passenger boat along the Chao Phraya River and skytrain. Along the way, you will enjoy views of the real Bangkok, see the ship-shaped temple Wat Yannawa and, passing through the futuristic Chong Nonsi Skywalk bridge, admire the iconic skyscrapers of the capital.
