Learn how the Bedouins lived and how pearls are extracted. Take a ride on a wooden abra boat and marvel at the abundance of spices in the market. What to Expect
Old Town and Coffee Museum
With a map of the Old Town featuring two routes, you will visit the areas of Deira, Bur Dubai, and Al Seef. Discover the specifics of Bedouin life, understand the intricacies of calligraphy, and hear about the quality of pearls once fished in the bay. Visit the Coffee Museum to learn about coffee composition and taste it.
Wooden Abra and Local Cuisine
Take a ride on traditional abra boats and smell all the aromas of Arabia at the spice market. I will tell you about the food prepared by sailors, and if desired, you can taste dishes from local chefs.
Tasty Gift for the Winner
At the end of the walk, we will count the number of correct answers from each of you and determine the winner. The winner will receive a set of exotic spices from the spice shop as a prize.
