About this experience
We will show you Dubai in all its diversity! You will see ancient Arabic houses and modern skyscrapers, the Palm Island and the local Venice, fountain shows and the famous Burj Al Arab hotel. We will talk about the internal and external policies of the Emirates, about the rule of the 'father of the nation' Sheikh Zayed, and how tourism has affected the customs of this once strict Muslim country.
What to Expect
Origins of Dubai
We will start with the old part of Dubai - the Al Seef and Bastakiya districts. Wander through narrow streets and see ancient houses built in the early 20th century by Iranian traders. Visit traditional spice markets and admire Dubai Creek. We will reveal the history of the UAE's formation and talk about how local traditions and way of life have changed over the past 50 years.
Palm Island and Dubai Marina
In the modern part, you will see the residence of the ruling Sheikh of Dubai, stop at the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel, visit the colorful Madinat Souk market, and mini-Venice. Then head to the man-made Palm Island: admire the scenic promenade and visit the luxurious Zabeel Saray hotel. Additionally, take a stroll through the fashionable Dubai Marina district.
Dubai Mall, fountains, and more
Drive through the skyscraper-lined street, see the Etihad Twin Towers, and visit the largest shopping center in the Emirates - Dubai Mall. Watch the singing fountain show, admire the grand Burj Khalifa from afar, see the huge aquarium, and the waterfall with pearl divers.
