You will visit viewpoints with stunning views of Phuket and neighboring islands. You will visit Monkey Hill. In the Wat Khao Rang temple, you will get acquainted with Buddhist views on life after death. Along the mangrove swamps, you will ride to a cozy temple on an islet with a replica of the Golden Rock in Myanmar. What to Expect
Rang Hill Viewpoint
In the Phuket Town area, on the top of Rang Hill, you will visit one of the most popular and beautiful spots on the island. From here, breathtaking panoramas of the city and the ocean unfold before you.
Monkey Hill
Here, you will see new picturesque landscapes of the surroundings, hear the fascinating history of the hill, and of course, meet its numerous inhabitants after whom it was named.
Wat Khao Rang (Temple of the God of Death)
The next stop is a special temple where tourist buses do not arrive. Here, you will vividly understand how Buddhists envision life after death and see the only Jade Buddha on the island.
Burmese Ko Sirey Island and Buddhist temple on the mountain top
Although Sirey is an island, there is no need to sail anywhere as it is connected to Phuket by a bridge. We will ride through the port streets and along the mangrove swamps to the beautiful Wat Sirey Temple, located on the highest mountain of the island. This cozy place houses a replica of the Golden Rock as seen in Myanmar.
Stroll through the streets of the Old Town in Phuket Town
In this historic district, you will notice that time seems to have stopped. Here, you will find ancient temples, traditional markets, and streets adorned with colorful shops. You will get acquainted with the vibrant architecture, combining elements of Chinese, Portuguese, and Siamese cultures. Visit the Chinese temple and the hotel where 'The Beach' movie with Di Caprio was filmed. You can have lunch at one of the local atmospheric cafes or even a Michelin-starred establishment.
Kao Kad View Tower
The tower is located on the cape of Panwa, deep in the peninsula. A long staircase, guarded by small elephants, leads up to the observation tower. Here, you will find few people, tranquility, and peace. From the tower, you will have a magnificent 360-degree view of the eastern part of Phuket and neighboring islands.
