About this experience
Prague is rightfully called the mystical capital of Europe. Alchemists, magicians, and Kabbalists found refuge here and pursued their occult activities. The Black Monk invites you to explore the supernatural side of the city: learn about the stories and secrets of sorcerers - and stroll with them along Prague's streets, immersing yourself in the dark world of the Middle Ages and black magic.
What to Expect
Time to open your eyes and ears - and believe in the unbelievable
When the streets of Prague plunge into darkness, it's the time of ghosts and specters. The Black Monk will guide you under the cover of night through the Old Town, the Jewish Quarter, Charles Bridge, the Custom House, and show you a few more secret spots. Every district silently keeps a chest of secrets. There unexplained phenomena occur and mystical substances appear, about which you will learn, and even come face to face with some! On the walk, you will uncover:
- Why does the Turkish ghost appear every night in the merchant's yard?
- Why does the cursed miller ride his horses loudly down Cela Street?
- Where is the huge clay Golem now and how to revive it?
- Who and why rises from the grave every midnight in the Jewish cemetery?
- What to do if you meet the ghost of the barber with a razor in hand on Karlova Street?
- Why does the beggar skeleton pester passersby on Iron Street?
- Why does the Templar on horseback still appear on Liliová Street and how to free his soul?
- How to appease the water sprite of Prague?
- How to revive the stone knight on Retírska Street?
- Where does the unfortunate Prague ghost hide from tourists and why?
We hope you are brave enough to take the risk and not be afraid of immersing into this misty world of Prague...
