On a walk through the Monumental Cemetery, you will get acquainted with the world of tombstones and immerse yourself in a special philosophy of death, reflected in the artworks of Italian sculptors. Visiting the Famedio - the book of memory of the city of Milan
You will learn about the history of the city, connected with the names of residents and guests who have contributed to Milan's life from the 4th century to the present day.
Sculptural and architectural monuments
We will walk through the 250-hectare park, consisting of evergreen trees and sculptures, many of which we will stop at to get acquainted with the sculptures of the Modern, Rationalism, and Eclecticism styles. We will learn about the works of sculptors with world-famous names: Buzzi, Butti, Fontana, Castiglioni, Wildt, Vela. You will learn interesting stories from the lives of famous Milanese people: Falk, Bocconi, Campari, Verdi, Toscanini.
