About this experience
Many of you have probably heard about mangrove trees, forests growing in water, 'walking' trees, and other unusual plants, but few can imagine what it really looks like. I have the opportunity to show you the real mangrove jungles with a rich diversity of fauna within one day.
What to expect
We will visit the Vam Sat reserve in the Can Gio area. This place is a UNESCO biosphere reserve and home to 70 species of animals, over 130 species of fish, 9 species of amphibians, around 30 species of reptiles, 130 species of birds, and 18 species of mammals.
You will see the bird sanctuary, a bat island, and a monkey island. You will try to catch crabs with a fishing rod and feed the crocodiles. And you will climb a tower that offers a picturesque panorama of this vast reserve.
