"Postcards" of Bari
You will walk through the Old Town and learn about the amazing events that took place here many centuries ago. Explore the Christian relics of the Cathedral and visit the Basilica of St. Nicholas, where the saint's relics are kept in the crypt. You will also see the 12th-century castle built by the Normans and hear interesting legends associated with this magnificent ancient fortress.
Best views of Bari
On a cozy street, you will observe local women making by hand the most popular type of pasta called "little ears." Then, you will head to the modern part of Bari, where you will see the most important squares, the column of shame, the town hall, remnants of an 18th-century road, and the place where the first port was located. Finally, you will climb to the surviving part of the city wall and enjoy the view of the sea and the theater built directly on the water.
