What to expect
From Constantinople to Istanbul
I always start my tours with an introductory part, so you will not rush to the sights right away and will not be lost in further information. Instead, in a calm atmosphere, I will tell you the main things about life and entertainment in ancient Constantinople and the fall of the huge Byzantine Empire. To get closer to its heritage, you will head to the Hippodrome. And while admiring the Hagia Sophia Cathedral, you will learn how the Ottoman architect Sinan saved it from destruction.
