Join me on a journey through the picturesque surroundings of Tashkent! You will see the grand Charvak Reservoir, take a ride on a chairlift, and enjoy panoramic views of the South-Western Tien Shan Mountains. Additionally, I will show you ancient rock drawings and the caravan stop.
What to Expect
During this action-packed day you will:
- Visit the world-class ski resort Amirsoy and admire the Chatkal Mountains
- Ride an open chairlift to a viewing platform at 1975 meters altitude. Enjoy views of Chimgan and the beginning of the Tien Shan Mountains
- See the village of Brichmulla, sung about by the Russian bards Nikitins
- Appreciate the artificial Charvak Reservoir, created during the socialist era
- Climb to the dam, with beautiful landscapes visible from its highest point
- Visit the caravan stop from the time of the Great Silk Road and see ancient sycamore trees
- Observe the rock drawings 'petroglyphs', with an age of over 5000 years
