About this experience
Have you ever mined precious stones with your own hands? This tour will give you such an opportunity. Everything you find, you can take with you! Visiting the unique Sapphire temple, a walk through mangrove forests surrounded by giant predators, lunch on a raft, a visit to the gemstone market, and a sunset meeting on the shore of the Gulf of Siam - all this also awaits you in the program.
What to expect
06:30 - Departure from Pattaya.
08:30 - Stop at a cafe for breakfast (you can bring food from the hotel or order on the spot).
09:30 - Ascent by funicular to the top of the mountain, where the Buddhist monastery Wat Kao Sukim is located. Perform a ritual to attract wealth. Visit the observation deck.
11:00 - Sapphire mines and mining of precious stones. Everything you find, you can take with you. The guide will tell you about the mining methodology and the peculiarities of using stones in jewelry art.
12:30 - Lunch in a national style at a restaurant on a raft in the bay. On the menu - freshly harvested oysters and other sea gifts.
13:00 - Boat trip through the mangrove forests, feeding predatory giant groupers.
14:30 - Visit a beautiful Catholic church in Chanthaburi.
15:00 - Gemstone market. Buyers from Arab countries, Israel, South Africa, and the Netherlands come here, and here you can buy unique masterpieces created by nature (amethysts, rubies, sapphires, and other stones) inexpensively.
17:00 - Visit the Sapphire temple.
18:00 - Sunset meeting at the observation deck on the shore of the Gulf of Siam.
19:30 - Stop at a fruit market (optional).
20:30 - Return to Pattaya.
