About this experience
Pamukkale is a true natural phenomenon! You will go here in the first half of the day when it's not too hot yet; you will learn about the formation of the calcium terraces and have a photo shoot in these decorations. You will walk around the ancient city and understand what its ruins once represented. And you will also relax in Cleopatra's pool with rejuvenating water.
What to Expect
Comfortable trip. Early in the morning, we gather all travelers from the hotels and then head to the mountains. Along the way, our guide will tell you about the purpose of our journey. And of course, we have taken care of your comfort: the program includes breakfast and lunch, as well as technical stops.
Pamukkale. You will stroll among the picturesque pools shimmering in the sun - and take wonderful photographs.
Hierapolis. You will be impressed by the ancient ruins, stories of pagan temples and Christian martyrdom. And we will also visit the Roman theater, striking in size and acoustics, see the largest necropolis in Asia Minor, latrines, and other sights.
Cleopatra's Pool. It is said that bathing here rejuvenates you by 10 years - even if it's a beautiful fairy tale, the water here is truly healing and also carbonated, like champagne.
Program
02:00-03:00 Group transfer from the accommodation in the Alanya region. The distance from the center of Alanya to Pamukkale is 370 km, and the one-way journey takes about 6 hours.
- Stop in the mountains for breakfast
- Visit Pamukkale: the ancient city of Hierapolis, white terraces, Cleopatra's pool. You will tour some of the sites with a guide, and then you will have time for a leisurely walk. The total visit time is about 3 hours.
- Lunch break at a restaurant (buffet style)
- Visit a winery and taste the regional fruit wines
20:00-21:00 Return to the accommodations in the Alanya region (return time depends on road conditions)

How the Excursion Goes
- In a comfortable bus in a group of up to 17, 30, 40, or 54 people (group size depends on the season and reservations made the day before the excursion)
- During the excursion, you will have the opportunity to purchase wine and sweets, as well as souvenirs made of local stone, jewelry, and jewelry made by local craftsmen
- Bring your passport (a copy of the passport or a photo on your phone). Especially if you have children aged 7-8 years: to enter for free, children need to show a document
- We will be in Pamukkale in the first half of the day - a comfortable time of day without scorching heat
- Children under 3 years old do not have a separate seat on the bus (only if there are available seats). Children sit on the laps of adults. If you want your child under 3 years old to have a guaranteed separate seat, you need to purchase a separate ticket when booking.
