About this experience
In the magical atmosphere of dusk, we will set off in search of the real Rome! I will introduce you to the sights of the Italian capital and reveal its medieval past. You will hear urban myths - romantic and eerie. I will also tell you where to buy the most delicious gelato and which places are worth visiting to experience the non-touristy Rome.
What to Expect
Promenade with a Tour
We will start from the famous market square - Campo de' Fiori. We will walk through winding streets to the Castle of the Holy Angel and stop on the eponymous bridge, which offers a magnificent view of St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican. Passing by antique and flower shops, we will reach the picturesque Navona Square and the mystical Pantheon temple. We will end the tour at the movie star - the legendary Trevi Fountain, which is beautifully illuminated after sunset. You will hear the history of each location and learn about the secrets they hold.
Rome for Locals
I will tell you where to buy the best Italian gelato and try a Roman artichoke - a culinary symbol of the city. I will share insider addresses of bars and restaurants. I will advise where to go to discover the real non-touristy Rome and where you can take a leisurely stroll on your own. I will gladly take photos for memory and answer any questions!
