About this experience
It's difficult and tiring to walk around the vast territory of the main New York park. Cycling on a veloriksha will allow you to save energy and visit important and beautiful spots in the park. You will learn the history of the city's greenest area, see locations where final scenes of movies are often filmed, and understand the uniqueness of the oasis in the center of New York.
What to Expect
Comfortable Ride
Riding on a veloriksha, you will be able to explore all the beautiful spots of Central Park at a relaxed and comfortable pace, without getting tired or lost. To me, you are a welcome guest, and as you know, welcome guests are either taken in carriages or carried in arms. Or ride on a veloriksha!
See Everything Important
On a veloriksha, you will see the main attractions and take photos against the backdrop of the best views of the park in one hour. The route includes three stops: the Bethesda Fountain and Terrace overlooking the lake, the Bow Bridge, and the Strawberry Fields with a mosaic floor. Besides enjoying the beautiful views, you will learn about the history and gradual development of the park, as well as which celebrities live in houses near the park.
Where Movies Are Filmed!
Many people are familiar with Central Park from numerous movies and TV shows filmed on its grounds. During the tour, I will show you locations captured in cinema and talk about the iconic films and series shot in the park: 'Home Alone', 'Sex and the City', 'The Avengers', 'Gossip Girl', and others. In a special album, I have collected frames from these movies for you to compare with what you will see live.
