Pisa captivates not only with its leaning tower and picturesque waterfront, but also with the highest quality artisanal chocolate. I will take you behind the scenes of a chocolate laboratory, where local masters day after day uphold the honor of Tuscan chocolate. You will explore the factory premises, learn about the production process, and taste the products.
What to Expect
You will visit the 'Chocolate Valley' - the famous chocolate laboratory of Pisa. You will get acquainted with the works of masters who experiment with different flavors, additives, and recipes. You will learn how the best quality beans are brought here from a plantation in Venezuela.
At the production site, you will tour the workshops and machines, study the chocolate making process, and understand how seeds turn into a sweet bar. Then, comfortably seated at the table, you will enjoy tasting the local products. If desired, you can purchase chocolate bars - bitter, sweet, fruity, nutty, and more at the shop near the laboratory.

- Additional costs: factory entry with tasting - €60/person.
- Upon request, I can arrange a transfer from convenient locations in Pisa, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Livorno, Lucca to the laboratory and back. Details and prices are provided in correspondence.
- After confirming the tour time, a prepayment for the factory visit is required.
