About this experience
Chocolate palaces, chocolate rabbit, chocolate boy, chocolate country - I invite you to not only immerse yourself in medieval Brussels, but also learn how the most delicious souvenir you've ever brought from a trip is made. The master class will allow you to see traditional chocolatier technologies firsthand, film real rivers and fountains of hot dessert, and then make your own truffles and candies, bars and chocolate figurines.
What to Expect
Homemade Sweets
We will visit a chocolate factory where you will be introduced to the process and intricacies of producing delicious sweets, and then provide everything you need to make your own chocolate souvenir. The chocolate theme will be fully revealed. After the master class, you can take all your handiwork with you and visit the factory shop where all products can be tasted.
Walking Tour
The tour will be chocolatey, but diet-friendly, we will burn off all the extra calories by strolling around the center through curious, authentic paths, peeking into small shops for a chocolate souvenir, tasting or just gazing.
We will definitely get to know the multifaceted, cosmopolitan Brussels. I will tell you how chocolate became traditional for such a young nation. You will see evidence of luxury influential guilds, uncover the secret of the asymmetrical Town Hall with a legendary architect, and learn why the Bread House is also called royal. We will see Europe's most disappointing landmark and examine a very impressive chocolate oversized copy.
