In the factory's shop, you can buy chocolate of different varieties - with pepper and cane sugar according to the recipes of the Mayan and Aztec tribes, with rice, carob beans, and even the famous Valencia orchatas - with the addition of chufa tuber flour, brought by the Arabs to Valencia in the 8th century.
