About this experience
Invite you to explore the main attractions of Bursa in a comfortable car-walking format. You will appreciate all the iconic places of the city: square, mosque, and market. You will also visit a museum located in a futuristic dome! After that, head to the village of Jumalikyzik, where the atmosphere of the Ottoman Middle Ages reigns.
What to Expect
Topkhane Square. You will see ancient cannons, a clock tower, ancient tombs, centuries-old plane trees, and tea gardens. You will also enjoy stunning city views from the observation decks.
Ulu Camii Mosque. We will examine in detail the largest mosque in the city — an example of early Ottoman architecture built at the end of the 14th century by order of Sultan Bayezid I.
Koza Han Market. Built in 1491, it still operates. I will tell you how it helped Bursa become an important textile center in the region.
Green Mosque. It's not just a mosque, but a whole ancient religious complex with a madrasa and the tomb of Sultan Mehmet Çelebi. You will see it all.
"Panorama 1326" Museum. We will visit a museum in a futuristic dome with a panoramic image of the city's conquest by the Ottomans.
Jumalikyzik Village. A place where time seems to have stopped. I will show you old houses made of stone, wood, and raw brick.
Mount Uludag (optional). If you still have energy, we will climb the local Olympus and have coffee with a magnificent view of the city.
