About this experience
Belgrade is an extraordinary city that has been destroyed and rebuilt many times, each time changing its appearance. Serbs are an amazing and hospitable people who have managed to preserve their culture, religion, and uniqueness, despite being a buffer between the Ottoman Empire and Europe for many centuries. This is history, and for me Belgrade is like a huge antique buffet, where behind the dark carved glass doors are hidden small treasures from different times and cultures. And I invite you to peek into this treasure trove together!
What to expect
Must-see places and hidden corners
During the walk, you will see the famous tourist attractions of the city: the Royal Palaces and the Serbian Parliament, the Hotel Moskva and Republic Square, Prince Michael Street, the Ružica Church, which is among the top ten most unusual churches in the world. If desired, we will have coffee in one of the most picturesque cafes in the city, walk through the cozy alleys of the old town, and end the walk at Belgrade Fortress.
What to bring
Comfortable shoes, as some streets are cobbled. A waterproof jacket, especially in autumn and winter, as Belgrade is notorious for the fierce wind called Košava during this time. Don't forget your camera and a good mood!
