In Uzbekistan, it is almost impossible to come across deer - but we know a place where you can meet them. We will visit a farm surrounded by mountains, not far from Tashkent, where you can pet and feed the animals. There are also ostriches and camels living here! Next, we will explore the Hodjikent petroglyphs, preserved for 50,000 years. To conclude the trip, you will enjoy breathtaking mountain landscapes from the panoramic cabin of the modern and safe Chimgan cable car.
What to Expect
Meeting Noble Deer. European noble deer live on the picturesque farm - it is one of the largest species in the world, with a weight of up to 300 kilograms! You can approach them in the enclosure, interact, and even treat them with something tasty.
Ancient Petroglyphs. We will visit the Chinar Cave in Hodjikent, where unique petroglyphs left by our ancestors are preserved on the walls and at the entrance. You will be able to examine and touch signs and drawings that scientists date back to the Neolithic and Chalcolithic eras (5-3 centuries BC).
Chimgan Mountains Cable Car. This new ultra-modern cable car is located at the foot of the Chatkal Range of the Tian Shan Mountains, 65 km from Tashkent. When you visit, you will find a special spiritual state and feel like a part of nature. Chimgan is beautiful in any season: in winter and early spring, you will have an unforgettable view of the snowy peaks and enjoy the clean ozonated air; in summer, immerse yourself in contemplating the natural beauty and amazing mountain landscape.
Lunch with Panoramic View. After a day filled with adventures, we will stop by Bochki - a popular spot among locals, where numerous cafes with national cuisine offer a stunning view of the mountains, Charvak Reservoir, and the dam. Here you can relax and savor the favorite dishes of the residents of Tashkent.
Organizational Details
- We will pick you up from a convenient location in the city, and at the end of the trip (around 3:00 PM), we will take you back
- You will be accompanied by a professional guide from our team on the road, and a local staff member will meet you at the farm
- The trip takes place in the mountains, dress according to the weather
- Excursions can be organized for a larger number of participants: 4-5 people - €250 per group, 6-20 people - €50 per person
- Transfer from Tashkent and back is included in the price
- Additional costs: entrance to the farm - $5/adults, $3/children under 15, children under 5 are free, horseback riding - $2 (optional), deer feed - $1 (optional)
