Professional guide. Having come to Geneva in 1997 as a tourist, I didn't know then that I would return to live here. Armed with a guidebook, I explored all the sights. However, it turned out that the city left me with more questions, and the brief notes in the guidebook only confused me. Geneva doesn't reveal its secrets to just anyone! Its history is concentrated in a small space by the lake, each era has left a mark on the city's contours and the lifestyle of its residents. Yes, it's impossible to learn even half of all the historical facts in 2–3 hours, but you can get a comprehensive impression of the city, feel its character, appreciate its understated style and beauty — and the help of an experienced guide will be very useful here!
