On the most magical day of the year, we head to the fairytale Uzbekistan: celebrate the arrival of 2024 in a restaurant with an exciting show program, and before that, we will have a great time exploring Tashkent. We won't sit still and finish yesterday's salads - on January 1st, we will visit the Chimgan mountains and descend to the Charvak reservoir. We will also take a walk through the ancient streets of Bukhara, visit a master ceramist, see why Samarkand is called an open-air museum, and a local hostess will reveal the secret of authentic Uzbek pilaf to you.
