Spend the winter holidays not watching endless reruns of blue lights and finishing salads - we are heading into the pages of an Eastern fairy tale to extend the magical New Year atmosphere. You will see the main attractions of the 'quartet of Uzbekistan': we will visit Tashkent, Khiva, Bukhara, and Samarkand. We will learn to bake lepeshkas in a tandoor and discover the secret of authentic Samarkand pilaf, visit a hereditary ceramist and have lunch with locals, see the ancient observatory, and admire the luxurious mosaic of madrassas, mosques, and palaces.
