About this experience
We travel to Uzbekistan to learn how to bake flatbreads in a tandoor oven, see how ceramics are made, and record the recipe for the most delicious pilaf. We will visit 4 cities and fall in love with each one: Tashkent, where modernity intertwines with antiquity; Khiva - an open-air museum, where blue domes of minarets emerge like oases among the roofs of houses; Bukhara - where the Eastern fairy tale takes on real outlines in palaces and mosques; and the sparkling in the sun, shimmering with all shades of blue Samarkand.
