Interested in Impressionism, French cuisine, architecture? You'll hear interesting facts! I will gladly tell you about life in France, about French traditions and habits, and also take your photos.
2 Cities in 1 Day
- Rouen: Medieval, Gothic, Joan of Arc. We will find the place of the French heroine's stake; admire the exterior and interior of the Notre-Dame de Rouen cathedral, which Claude Monet painted dozens of times. Then we will visit the old market, where you can try local delicacies (cheese, oysters, mussels) if you wish. We will not miss the street of Norman craftsmen: sculptures, paintings, porcelain, and earthenware are everywhere.
- Etretat: White cliffs, ocean, seafood at sunset. Another favorite spot of Monet, as well as modern Parisians. The chalk cliffs rising above the turquoise water are undeniably breathtaking, and you will admire them from the best viewpoints. To enhance the Etretat experience, you can have lunch in a restaurant overlooking the English Channel. If you wish, we can also visit the peculiar Etretat Gardens.
