About this experience
Join me for a stroll through the non-touristy Florence! You will see where locals create, work, and socialize. Explore an authentic market, an unusual library, and even a former prison. Also, visit an ancient abandoned monastery adorned with modern graffiti. Let's talk about everything except the Medici and the Renaissance.
What to Expect
During 3 hours we will:
- Visit the synagogue and discuss the relatively closed Jewish community of the city
- Explore the San Ambrogio market, frequented by ordinary Florentines
- Step into a former prison and see how it has been transformed
- Visit an unusual library with one of the best views of Florence
- Explore the abandoned monastery of Sant'Orsola, adorned by modern artists
