You will encounter the incredible underwater world of the Caribbean, learn about the special value of its flora and fauna on the protected island of Contoy, and hear about the ancient Mayan cult and relax in the pristine bay of Isla Mujeres.
What to Expect
Snorkeling in Isla Mujeres
Tour begins with a visit to a private dock where a light breakfast will be served for you. Then, you will embark on a 30-minute boat ride to the Isla Mujeres reef, which is the beginning of the world's second longest coral reef. During snorkeling, you will appreciate the wealth and diversity of the region's underwater world, attracting visitors from all over the globe.
Incredible Contoy Reserve
The next stop is Contoy island, a specially protected national park with valuable examples of Caribbean flora and fauna. You will climb to an observation point that offers a stunning view of the island. Visit a mini-nature museum and lagoon where you will learn about the local birds, relax on the dazzling white beaches. A delightful lunch awaits you at a beachfront cafe, including grilled fish 'tikin xic', grilled chicken, fresh vegetable salad, rice, seasonal fruits, and beverages.
Isla Mujeres - Walk through the historic part and relaxation
To conclude, you will visit the Isle of Women, which played an important role in the life of the Maya in ancient times. During a one-hour walk through the Old Town, you will see monuments dedicated to the goddess of fertility Ixchel, learn about her status and role in Mayan culture, and discover how the island was first seen by the conquistadors. Explore ethnic houses, celebrity villas, and colorful restaurants. You will also have free time for shopping or relaxing on one of the pristine beaches before heading back.

How the Tour Goes
- We will pick you up at Cancun hotels and drop you off after the tour
- Meeting time is from 07:00 to 08:45 depending on the hotel location. The tour runs from 09:00 to 17:00.
- Children under 12 are not allowed to snorkel
What is included and not included in the price
- The price includes air-conditioned transportation, snorkeling, visits to Contoy/Mujeres islands, light breakfast, lunch, refreshments on board and during lunch
- Taxes ($10) are not included in the price
