Enhance your impressions of the city - taste Istanbul! We will take a ferry to the Asian part, visit the best restaurants, and try colorful dishes of local cuisine. You will learn about the culinary traditions of this country and understand the differences in food on both continents. In the evening, we will return to Europe and taste the menus of the oldest dessert houses!
What to Expect
From street food to restaurants
Crossing the Bosphorus to Asian Istanbul, enjoying city views from the water. Here you will find authentic cafes, colorful street food, and famous restaurants: a place featured on Netflix; the only establishment with dishes from all regions of Turkey; a restaurant where they only cook incredibly delicious soups according to secret recipes and nothing else. Along the way, I will tell you about traditions during meals, how they cook in Turkey, and reveal the differences in recipes from different regions. After an evening sea walk, we will visit ancient dessert houses and choose sweets for a beautiful end to the day!
The season of cherry kebab has begun - do not miss it!

You will try cherry kebab (seasonal dish) prepared in Istanbul only in one restaurant - and you will come back here every time you visit the city. You will learn what real Turkish pizza lahmacun should be - God forbid you order it in the wrong place! You will become fans of soup-beyran, even if you didn't like soups before. And you will also taste the best version of Turkish shawarma, cactus ragout (seasonal dish), mussels in spices, sarma, dondurma, traditional dessert made of cheese 'kunefe,' and other dishes!

- Street food as a starter is included in the excursion price
- Additional food expenses are paid separately
- I conduct the tour, but sometimes I am replaced by my colleagues, professional guides
- Cherry kebab and cactus ragout are seasonal dishes. In their absence, I will offer an equally tasty and original alternative.
- Please note that we visit restaurants where alcoholic beverages are not sold
- Payment for the tour is possible only in cash on the spot
- On holidays, a slight increase in the group is possible
- In winter, the tour starts at 13:00, and in summer - at 15:00
