About this experience
Scenic views, lesser-known historical facts, traditional spiritual practices - on my excursion, you will discover a different, authentic, and incredibly colorful Phuket that will leave vivid memories in your mind and on camera film. You will visit several viewpoints, including Karon Viewpoint and Kao Kad, climb up to Big Buddha, and experience the best place for meditations.
What to Expect
- We will start the excursion by visiting the viewpoints Karon View Point and "Windmill". Enjoy fantastic views of Karon, Kata, Kata Noi, Nai Harn, and Yanui beaches.
- Then we will head to Wat Phrom Thep monastery, listen to the sound of waves, and admire the beauty of the promontory - the southernmost point of Phuket.
- Of course, we will visit one of the main attractions of Phuket - the magnificent Big Buddha complex. You will learn interesting facts about the life and teachings of Buddha Shakyamuni and Buddhism in Thailand. I will also tell you the best place on the island to meditate. Upon request, I will lead a group meditation session for you.
- In the Old Town with over a century of history, we will stroll along Talang Road with colorful architecture. We will visit a coffee shop and enjoy unique coffee (for example, tasting similar to a beer beverage) grown in northern Thailand. I will reveal the secrets of coffee production and explain why you can't buy Thai tea in the country.
Organizational Details
- We will pick you up from your hotel, villa, or any other convenient location at Patong, Karon, and Kata beaches for free
- If you are staying in the central or northern part of the island, you will need to pay for the transfer from 100 to 300 baht or come to the group meeting point on your own
- The trip will be on Toyota Commuter or Toyota Yaris vehicles
- Coffee and snacks are not included in the price (approximately 10 euros)
- The program is designed for 5 hours, each additional hour is charged separately (15 euros)
- I will personally guide the excursion for you or another guide from our team
