About this experience
I invite you to take a walk through three districts beloved by fashionistas: Sinsa, Apgujeong Rodeo, and Garosu-gil. It is in these places that you will find the most interesting concept stores, resembling museums of modern art. They will amaze you with creative installations and unique space designs. I will tell you how Koreans have become trendsetters in the modern world of marketing and why this is so important for the country.
What to expect
Creative Sinsa District
Here are old hangars and factories actively transforming into trendy spaces. We will visit a huge beauty cluster with bathrooms for testing skincare products and a small gallery of local artists. Then we will enter a concept store with clothing made from natural materials and decor items that combine traditional Korean elements with modernity. We will also visit an unusual store, resembling a demolished above-ground parking lot from the outside, but inside, there is a beautiful garden adorned with sculptures and paintings.
Luxury and sophistication of Apgujeong Rodeo District
Known for its luxury boutiques and luxurious spaces. We will visit an optician's salon that looks like a museum of modern art – the exhibitions change every few months. Some collections are inspired by and designed by Jenny Kim, who is familiar to k-pop fans.
Shinsa District and two unusual brands
We will visit a Korean hair care brand store known for its natural components. We will explore an exhibition that tells the story of the brand and the ingredients it uses. Finally, we will get to know a fashion brand famous for its LED screens and creative installations.
