About this experience
My tour is a paradise for lovers of Korean culture, dramas, and K-pop. You will find yourself in the filming locations of famous series, walk among the decorations of palaces, fortresses, and streets. You will see with your own eyes the places where Shuga filmed the Daechwita music video. Learn how to become a celebrity in Korea - a singer or a model. And you will also understand why, despite their passionate love for dramas, Koreans are fans of books.
What to Expect
Park Dae Chan Gym in Yonhyin
You will visit an outdoor location where famous dramas such as 'Queen Seondeok,' 'The Kingdom of the Winds,' and others were filmed. You will admire accurate reproductions of historical places. Visit palaces and gardens, sit on the thrones of the ancient Silla dynasty kings, and even enter a prison. If you're lucky, you'll see a drama being filmed. I will tell you about the Three Kingdoms era, as this park allows you to deeply immerse yourself in Korea's history. You can also see the locations where Shuga from BTS filmed the Daechwita music video and visit the place for ARMY.
Star Factory in Seoul
You will peek into the academy and see how professionally they work with young talents here. Learn what it takes to become a singer or a model in Korea. You can even practice with famous choreographers yourself (for an additional fee).
Library and 'Golden Hands of PSY'
Koreans are a reading nation, so the library is one of the top places in the city. You will learn how the country motivates young people to read more 'living' books. See with your own eyes how much Koreans really adore reading. And since we will be in the Gangnam area, we will definitely look at the monument to the song Gangnam Style, which captivated the whole world. I will tell you the story behind the creation of this hit.
